After jumping between a variety of support vendors in the area, we began using TechEase in 2005. When we allow them access to our server from their office, they are able to download patches and make adjustments in actual work time, without having to sit in our office and bill us for the time it takes to sit and wait for the downloading of programs and updates (which can add up quickly).   • In order to ensure that your new computer is set up as you expect, please complete the following form as thoroughly as possible. Missing information like passwords and serial numbers may delay work and/or add to the cost.

  • We will create a username on your computer
  • We can add a password to your computer if you like.
  • If you want us to setup e-mail on your computer, we will need your password. You can enter more than one guess if you're not sure.
  • Required for installation of programs like Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, etc.
  • Required for installation of programs like Dropbox, iTunes, etc.
  • By default we transfer My Documents, Desktop, My Music, My Videos and Favorites. If you have data in any other folder or programs that use files not in these locations, please let us know here.
  • If you have backups, please provide the details below so we can set them up again, and bring in your backup drive if applicable
